RECIPE FOR 1-2 SERVINGS
3 tbsp
Fibr Beta Glucan
0.75 dl gluten-free flour, e.g., sorghum flour or oat flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 dl milk
1 egg
1 tsp oil of your choice
INSTRUCTIONS

Mix milk, egg, and oil in a bowl.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Combine the dry and wet ingredients.
- Let stand for 5-10 min.
- Heat a frying pan, then reduce to medium heat. Grease with oil and spread into small pancakes using two spoons. The batter will be sticky!
- Fry until golden on each side and serve with your favorite topping, e.g., fresh berries and maple syrup.
