Wake up to a ready-made breakfast that is both easy to prepare and delicious to eat. Beta-glucan gives overnight oats an extra creamy consistency while also providing beta-glucan from oats. Top with your favorites – we like fresh berries and cacao nibs, but banana and nut butter are just as good.
