Orders are placed via the Website.
Once you have placed your order, an order confirmation will be sent via email. The order confirmation serves as a receipt for your purchase.
A binding agreement only arises when:

Primm AB reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in the following cases, for example:

If you choose to pay via Swish, the payee may appear as Qliro in the Swish app because the payment is handled via their payment solution.
We deliver orders within Sweden and the EU.
Delivery takes place via our logistics partner PostNord.
Shipping is handled via our shipping system Shipmondo.
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Edsbyn, Hälsingland.
Normal delivery time is usually 3–5 working days within Sweden. In some cases, delivery time may be both shorter or longer depending on the delivery address and unplanned circumstances.
When your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive an email with:

We are responsible for your order until it has been delivered to you. The risk of the goods passes to you when you have received the delivery.
If a package is not picked up and returned to us, Primm AB reserves the right to charge a fee to cover:

Our products are developed and manufactured in our own facility in Edsbyn, Hälsingland, where we work to manufacture products
