Returns and cancellation rights

Have you received a damaged item or want to return an unopened product? Here you will find information about how returns, right of withdrawal and complaints work when you shop at www.fibr.se (“Website”).

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

When you shop on the Website, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days, according to the Distance Contracts Act.

The withdrawal period begins from the day you receive your order.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within this period by contacting our customer service.

FOOD EXCEPTION

The products sold on the Website are food products.

According to the Distance Contracts Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to food where:

– The packaging has been opened
– The seal has been broken
– The product can no longer be resold for hygiene or health reasons

The right of withdrawal therefore only applies to unopened products in original packaging.


RETURN

If you want to return a product, you must first contact us via email.

If the return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the return back.

The customer is responsible for the goods until they reach us.

The product should be returned in:

– Original packaging
– Unused condition
– Unopened packaging


RETURN COST

When returning, the customer is responsible for the return shipping unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping costs for the original delivery are not refundable.


REFUND

Once we have received and inspected the return, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds are normally made within 14 days of us receiving the return.


COMPLAINT

If a product is faulty or damaged, you have the right to complain about the product according to the Consumer Purchase Act.

If you discover an error, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:

– Order number
– Description of the error
– Preferably a picture of the product

If the complaint is approved, we will replace the product or refund the purchase, depending on the situation.
