FREE FROM THE MOST COMMON ALLERGENS

Our products are developed to be delicious without traces of the most common allergens. In the EU, there are 14 allergens with special labeling requirements:

– Cereals containing gluten
– Milk
– Eggs
– Soy
– Peanuts
– Nuts
– Sesame
– Celery
– Mustard
– Lupine
– Mollusks
– Crustaceans
– Fish
– Sulfites

OWN PRODUCTION

All our products are manufactured in our own facility in Edsbyn, Hälsingland.

By producing ourselves, we have control over both ingredients and processes.

This means, among other things:

– In-house recipe development
– Production in the same plant
– Full control over raw materials and handling

CAREFULLY SELECTED RAW MATERIALS

We work with carefully selected ingredients and collaborate with suppliers who share our demands for quality and traceability.

Examples of raw materials we use:
– Gluten-free oats from Finland with approved gluten content <20 ppm at batch level.
