RECIPE FOR 1 SERVING
1 tbsp
Fibr Betaglucan
1 dl rolled oats
1 dl yogurt/quark or plant-based alternative
0.5 dl milk drink of choice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix in a jar or bowl and place in the fridge.
- Wait at least 4 hours or preferably overnight.
- Top with your favorites – we like fresh berries and cacao nibs, but banana and nut butter or tahini are just as good.
Tip!
Top with frozen berries if you are taking your overnight oats with you, so they stay cool longer.
